Every project is different, the way I work stays the same.
First conversation
We start with a direct conversation to understand the project, the objectives, and the real constraints.
If the project is within my area of expertise, I give my honest assessment immediately. If it isn't, I say that too.
Scoping and proposal
Once the scope is clear, I propose a realistic technical approach and timeline, with an honest estimate. Not inflated for margin, not compressed to win the project at all costs.
If the scope shifts along the way (which often happens), we discuss it before it becomes a problem.
Production
I work iteratively, with regular check-ins calibrated to the project's complexity. The goal is that you can track progress without having to chase me, and that adjustments happen as early as possible.
I ask questions when I have them, and expect the same in return. Important decisions are made together.
Delivery and follow-up
Delivery always includes technical documentation, access credentials, and the context needed to take the project forward. For websites, I offer ongoing support (maintenance, improvements).
